Casual Child Care Assistant This role involves working with children and their families in a child care setting. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing play-based, child-centered emergent curricula for infants to preschool-age children. The Casual Child Care Assistant will be responsible for planning interactions, environments, and experiences based on the inclusion of diversity individual needs, interests, abilities for each child. In this position you will also contribute to the overall care and well-being of the children according to Manitoba''s Child Day Care Standards Act. This entails ensuring all activities are safe as well as promoting positive relationships among staff members.
