Overview Ledcor is now hiring a Parts Planner to support our equipment team based out of our repair shop in Leduc Alberta! You will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing parts and materials for equipment maintenance and repairs. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, efficient inventory management, and timely distribution of parts to support our technicians. Responsibilities Parts Procurement & Sourcing Source, order, and track parts/materials for equipment maintenance, ensuring cost-effective purchasing Inventory & Logistics Coordination Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records Parts Distribution & Support Manage shipment/receipt of parts, ensuring proper documentation Process Optimization & Compliance Support improvements in procurement and inventory workflows Qualifications Journeyperson Parts Technician 2-3 years of industry experience, preferably in highway truck or heavy equipment environments Valid Class 5 Drivers license with a clean 3-year driving abstract Safety-conscious and able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of CAT heavy equipment parts, JD Edwards, Caterpillar SIS, Coupa or similar platforms is an asset Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Work Conditions Office-based role located in Leduc, Alberta Monday to Friday work schedule Additional Information The Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North Americas most diversified construction companies.
