Overview Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Industrial Instrumentation Technician for projects with our Drumheller branch. Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil and gas construction and maintenance projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time industrial projects with well-established and reputable clients. Responsibilities Troubleshooting, calibration, valve rebuilding and general instrumentation maintenance experience on Industrial Oil & Gas or Petro-chemical facilities. Able to independently manage ones own time and workload. Qualifications Journeyman Instrumentation certificate with Red Seal. Must have previous troubleshooting, calibration, valve rebuilding and general instrumentation maintenance experience on Industrial Oil & Gas or Petro-chemical facilities. At least 2 years of instrumentation experience on industrial maintenance projects. Candidates must have valid Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive & Fall Protection, Standard First Aid Level A or C with CPR/AED, and CSTS 2020 Fundamentals certificates. Valid Class 5 drivers license with clean driving record. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Able to independently manage ones own time and workload. Must have general computer skills and a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Adobe.
