College Pro aims to develop entrepreneurial competencies that prepare individuals for future career success. Role Description This is a fulltime (3540hrs), onsite role as a Student Window Cleaner and Manager, located in Pickering, ON. The individual in this role will perform daytoday tasks such as conducting professional window cleaning for residential and commercial properties, managing contracts, and ensuring quality service delivery. Additional responsibilities include managing a small team of cleaners, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring all deadlines and customer expectations are met effectively. Essentially, the manager will be in charge of all operations including completing services, managing your co workers (ranging from 12), creating quotes, driving crew to and from jobs each day (gas is fully reimbursed), talking with clients daily, performing safety checks with crew, and managing the whole day to day aspect. Our services include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, sanding and sealing decks, and installing gutter guards. Manager intern reports directly to their coach, window techs report directly to manager intern. Qualifications Must be 18 or older and preferably a university student looking for internship experience Must be able to work in Pickering and Scarborough Managers must have a car Students preferably studying business, or a related field Interested in marketing, sales, management, financial planning, financial analysis, leadership Strong ability to manage and supervise a team effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and a commitment to providing highquality service Proficiency in time management and problemsolving skills Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus Able to work May 1 2026 Aug 20 2026 Manager Intern $25/hour plus commissions ranging from $250$750 per month (must have car - gas is also reimbursed weekly) Window cleaner/tech $18/hour + commissions + raises and bonuses in accordance with performance 2 comanager interns can also be taken into consideration #J-18808-Ljbffr
