Share What you''ll do Responsibilities Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Student Recruitment, you will contribute to NSCC''s province-wide recruitment agenda through the development of a diverse pool of prospective students. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, working collaboratively with NSCC stakeholders, and building recruitment capacity College wide. The Student Recruitment Coordinator role actively develops and delivers presentations and represents NSCC through recruitment, community and industry events. The successful candidate will contribute to Social Media outreach, development and execution of the annual recruitment plan, and tracking and analysis of recruitment initiatives and data that informs decisions in Student Recruitment. This position requires extensive travel and the ability to work a flexible schedule. What you''ll need Qualifications The minimum educational qualification for this position is an undergraduate degree or a college advanced diploma with specific training in communications and strategic planning. You have a minimum of three years (full time equivalent) of recent and related occupational experience in student services, recruitment, marketing or a related field. You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, social media platforms and CRM platforms. You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology to create an exceptional student experience. Relevant Skills And Knowledge You demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
