What youll do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve ontime delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity and correct product codes. Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality with no damaged products and freshest selection. Correctly document and label all orders through pick slips, packaging details and shipping labels. Optimize tote fill by packing orders spaceefficiently while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution. Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintain a clean work area and operate material handling equipment safely. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards and customer satisfaction. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
