Role Dealer Services Administrator (Hybrid) Hub Financial - Woodbridge, ON. The Dealer Services Administrator is responsible for completing daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations related to Mutual Fund and Segregated Fund accounts and demographic information. This position has designated tasks to complete in addition to shared work within the Dealer Services Team, which supports internal teams across the HUB Financial/HUB Capital division. What Youll Do Responsible for distributing Not-in-good-Order (NIGO) internally Set up system access to both Advisors and clients and troubleshoot access related issues Responsible for processing, following up, and handling distribution invoices for Letters of Indemnity (LOI) Process cash transactions through A$M (FundSERV) or cheque requisition Complete the daily Non-Financial Update (NFU) Reconciliations Complete the monthly reconciliations for Advisor mismatches Troubleshoot trade-related issues to comply with FundSERV standards Facilitate and QC the quarterly statement productions with the back office provider and the printing company Assist the Advisor Experience Specialist in onboarding new Mutual Fund advisors Communicate with Fund Companies and Carriers to resolve and address issues What Youll Need For Success Community college education or equivalent post-secondary diploma 2 years investment industry experience, back office preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Knowledge about FundSERV is an asset Knowledge about Client-Name account and Intermediary is an asset Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve Must possess a positive attitude with customer service focus Ability to work efficiently and effectively, utilizing good time management skills Whats in it for you? Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific positions business line, scope and level.
