In the position of *Journeyman Technician*, reporting to the *Service Manager*, the successful candidate will be responsible for keeping our family of customers safe on the road by ensuring their vehicles in top working order. _*Benefits Offered for this role:*_ * Competitive compensation package with comprehensive extended benefits and ample opportunities for professional growth. * Employee perks and generous vacation entitlements. * Chance to collaborate with a dynamic team and enjoy lifestyle benefits. _*You will be accountable for*_*:* * Identifying problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment. * Performing maintenance and repair on customer vehicles. * Performing basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation. * Performing routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles. * Explaining automotive repairs and issues and providing great customer service * Performing specific repairs as guided by our warranty steps and procedures. * Ensuring our customers vehicles are operating safely. * Maintaining a clean working environment. * Other duties as needed. _*To be successful in this role, you must have: *_ * A valid drivers license with clean driver abstracts and be familiar with both manual and automatic transmission types. * Your Automotive Technician (Red Seal) Certification * With at least 3 years of experience handling Hyundai or KIA brand is an asset * Superior knowledge of complex mechanical or electric systems of vehicles. * Strong problem-solving skills. * The ability to work on your own or with a team. * A high level of integrity while performing extensive diagnostics and repairs. * The ability to remain organized and handle multiple priorities. * Strong Communication skills. * Customer centric, a desire to continually learn, grow and adapt *Salary Range: Min: $ 65,000 to Maximum: $ 120,000 per year* *Working Hours: 8 hrs* *Total Hours per week: 40 hrs* *Workday Schedule: Monday to Saturday; 8:00 am to 4:30 pm * If you feel you are qualified for this role, please submit your resume. _*Only candidates who are most qualified for the position will be contacted.*_ Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $65,000.00-$120,000.
