Data Entry Clerk/File Clerk We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk/File Clerk to type information into our database from paper and/or electronic documents. We are looking for a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced, office environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively. Responsibilities: Enter variety of data using current technology. Respond to general inquiries in a timely manner concerning related activities. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes. Review and enter data updates in the systems. Review discrepancies in data received. Advise supervisor of issues related to data. Experience, Education & Skills Qualifications Work experience must demonstrate organization, time management, and customer service skills. Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and well organized. Must have a friendly cheerful presence over the phone. Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal are required. Previous experience in the healthcare staffing industry is preferred but not required. Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm for serving our applicants, clients, and caregivers. Requires interaction with a diverse population. Longevity in employment history a must. Must be proactive, take initiative, and work effectively in teams as well as independently. Ability to multi-task on several projects and tasks. Flexible. Monday-Friday 7 am to 3 pm, plus required overtime as needed. Show less
