What the Candidate Will Do Prospect to build out a strongorganicPipeline Become authority on Uber Freight Transportation Managementand Capacity Servicesofferings Drive top-line logo acquisitionby expertly executingour mature and proven salesprocessmethodology Work cross functionally to ensure alignment and success of new accounts Drive forward the future vision of Uber Freight with our product team and help sell that vision to our customers Engage with senior level team members of our Transportation Management prospects Solution and product selling to Global 2000 accounts Experience selling large, complex transportation or supply chain solutionsto Identify, scope,pitchandclose new business without significant supportonceyourlearning curve has been tackled Basic Qualifications Supply chain/logisticsexperience 10+ years professional experience 5+ years of acquisition sales experiencein a complex (numerousstakeholder) buying process Able to travel ~50% to meet withprospectsand internal collaborators/supportassociates Direct experience with solution(complex)selling Preferred Qualifications Experienceidentifying, generating, and closing new business A hunter mentality; thrives on winning in a competitive environment Track recordof meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas Experience maximizing CRM to track and report on leads, sales, and customer management activities. Business acuity and presencerequiredto build credible relationships with EVP and CSuite levelprospects. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal team members anddiverseexternal audiences. A flexible, dynamic, selfdemanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others. The base salary range for this role is CAD$124,500 per year - CAD$175,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber''s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
