Key Accountabilities: Performs integration and test activities in-house as per the test plan. Prepares test reports that record the pass/fail status of planned tests and identify problems detected during the tests. Investigates test anomalies through analysis of data files, design documentation, and interaction with development departments. Prepares problem reports in the defect tracking system describing test failures and defects. Identifies test objectives and test cases. Keeps current with company test processes and methods. Develops test scripts, executes tests, and monitors results. Develops reusable libraries for various projects. Adheres to and promotes standards for test development best practices. Collaborates and participates in achieving overall project success. Provides feedback on test automation frameworks for continuous improvement. Key Requirements: Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in automated testing. Enthusiastic about new challenges. Strong performer who can bring innovative ideas for Automation. Preferred Qualifications: Company product knowledge (e.g., SelTrac). Knowledge of systems to be employed. Understanding of the roles of other departments as related to Verification and Validation/Test. Knowledge or Exposure into Artificial Intelligence is highly desired.
