Key Responsibilities The Supply Chain Coordinator will hold a vital position in our warehouse operations. The main duties involve: Coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Receive, reconcile, and put away inbound shipments, ensuring accurate handling and storage. Complete receiving and inspection for spare parts and devices per local SOPs. Provide Return Waybills to customers for devices that require returns or repairs. Pick, pack, and ship finished goods and spare part orders with courier/freight shipments. Accurately perform all inventory transactions on our JDE/SAP system. Replenish inventory in the service center and perform regular, accurate cycle counting. Prepare packaging materials to support service and customer order activities. Use the forklift and other equipment safely and appropriately. Maintain working areas consistent with 6S principles. Perform light facility maintenance as required. Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience. Ability to lift up to 45lbs on a routine basis. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Capability to drive a operator a walking forklift (training provided if not certified). Good communication skills (written and oral). Preferred: Post-secondary education or relevant work experience. Experience in warehousing operations, logistics, or business. Experience with JDE/SAP or similar inventory systems. Why Join Us? At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $49,440 - $74,160 annually, which reflects base salary as well as estimated target payout under the Management Incentive Compensation Plan. Individual pay will be determined based upon skills, expertise and experience, and the incentive, which is contingent upon company and individual performance outcomes.
