WHAT YOU''LL DO: Role: Weseekan experienced,results-orientedProduct Marketing Managertolead the development and execution ofproductmarketingstrategiesforCoolIT''sdata center liquid cooling products and services.Reporting to the Marketing Director,this roleiscritical inconnectingProduct,Business DevelopmentandEngineeringteamswith the marketto drive revenue growth.The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordof translating technical product features into value propositionsthat resonate withcustomersanddrivingmarketing programsto deliveroutstanding results. Responsibilities: Product Positioning and Messaging Create compelling product messaging that communicates CoolIT''s products'' value to server hardware and data center customers, as well as global technology partners. Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing,salesand partnerchannels. Content Development Create sales enablement materials like datasheets, brochures, presentations and case studies. Develop and collaborate with internal subject matter experts and outside content creators to develop content such as whitepapers, blogs, videos and other assets to drive demand. Engage and learn from the Product, Engineering and Data Center Professional Services teams to develop a deep understanding of our hardware and services. Product LaunchStrategy&Execution Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates. Define target customer segments and ensure positioning resonates with their needs and challenges. Collaborate withProduct,Engineering,Marketing (events)and external partnersto createcompellingproduct displaysfor tradeshows and other events. Sales Enablement Develop sales tools, presentations, and training to empower the sales team to communicate product value effectively. Collaborate withBusiness Developmentto gather feedback and iterate on messaging and positioning. Market& CompetitiveIntelligence Stay current on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies in data center cooling. Use insights to inform and refine product messaging and differentiation/product positioning and inform product development. Provide market insights and customer feedback to guide product development and innovation. Performance Tracking Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization. Support Take partinsales and marketing activities, includingtravelling(international travel up to 15%)for industry events and client meetings. WHO YOU ARE: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field (Master''s degree or MBA is a plus) 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management or technical marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. PreferredAttributes: Strong technical background, with experience in computer hardware, data center infrastructure, cooling systems or related fields. Experience working closely with product management teams. Certification in product marketing or related fields Skills: Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits. Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans and initiatives. Strong analytical and writing abilities; can work effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
