Permanent Full-Time 37.5 Hours Per Week, Primarily Field Based with Home Office This position requires frequent local travel, in-person client visits, and business entertaining, which may occur outside of standard business hours. Sales Territory: Calgary - primarily NE, SE and some parts of downtown along with Airdrie, Strathmore, Chestermere, and Langdon. Home office must be within reasonable commuting distance of the Mayfair administration offices at Mayfair Place #132, 6707 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, Alberta. THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, the Manager of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for strengthening the company''s market position by identifying, developing, and expanding strategic partnerships that drive exam referrals. This role builds and maintains key relationships with referring physicians and their staff, identifies new business opportunities, and provides territory insights. The position requires strategic networking and the ability to identify clinical opportunities, services, and markets to support new or expanded business initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Cultivate strong relationships with physicians and clinic staff in the assigned territory while promoting products, solutions, and services that address the needs of the referral community. Achieve territory targets through efficient and effective territory management. Using available resources, identify and access client and territory trends to maximize opportunities. Develop and nurture relationships with influential thought leaders in the territory to drive market share growth. Develop and maintain accurate customer files and records ensuring complete up-to-date customer information. Actively use and maintain a territory plan using the Salesforce CRM system. Promptly report service issues, risks to key client relationships, and competitive activities that may positively or negatively impact market share and provide actionable recommendations. Stay current on company products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitive activity, and apply this knowledge to develop strategies and tactics that maximize market share within the territory. Demonstrate strong knowledge of company exams and procedures and effectively present their value to stakeholders. Develop and maintain a territory travel schedule that ensures consistent contact with current and prospective clients, aligned with the sales plan and efficient routing. Manage and maintain expense budget as assigned. Participate in relevant budget planning activity. Participate in company meetings, and plan and participate in client entertainment opportunities, trade shows, and events as appropriate. Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational goals and strategies. QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Science or Healthcare from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years full-time experience in a territory-based sales role that includes the core responsibilities of this role. Seven or more years of work experience in the field of diagnostic imaging sales or healthcare sales, preferably in a large, multi-location health organization would be an asset. Proven strategic selling capabilities, superior problem-solving skills, and success in reaching sales targets. Evidently takes pride in building a territory business, developing new relationships, and participating in team success. Demonstrably excels in facing the challenges of developing new relationships and addressing client needs. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required; familiarity with Salesforce is a strong asset. Knowledge of medical and anatomy terminology is an asset. Demonstrated ability to navigate cultural nuances to build trust and drive effective sales engagement across a territory. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented. Ability to always maintain confidentiality. Demonstrates strong work ethic and sound judgment, with the ability to take initiative. Must be prepared to work flexible hours as required to complete duties during non-business hours. Valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle are required. Home office with sufficient internet connectivity is required. TOTAL REWARDS The following represents Mayfair''s reasonable estimate of the hiring compensation range for this role. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $90,000 to $95,000 per annum. This role also includes a $15,000 per annum car allowance and a corporate credit card for fuel and parking requirements to perform the job.
