Keep reading to learn more Senior Specialist, Asset Management Office, Brampton, ON In this role, you will help lead and drive several key strategic initiatives focused on process efficiencies, data management, standards development, and procedural improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who enjoys tackling complex problems, translating ambiguous requirements into practical solutions, and supporting enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow. What You''ll Do: Liaise with key stakeholders across the organization to identify, document, and assess process improvement opportunities, and develop action plans to deliver effective outcomes. Support the ServiceNow platform with a focus on testing, data validation, data cleanup, and ongoing operational support, particularly within Asset Management and CMDB. Perform ServiceNow testing activities including test case creation, execution, validation of enhancements, and coordination of defect remediation. Assist with CMDB data quality initiatives, including reconciliation, normalization, de-duplication, and accuracy improvements. Analyze large datasets using data mining techniques to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve data integrity and process efficiency. Apply scripting and query skills (Python, SQL, MySQL, etc.) to support data analysis, reporting, and data quality initiatives. Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as ServiceNow and PowerBI to support operational and strategic decision-making. Lead or support project activities including schedule management, status tracking, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on deliverables. Interpret complex information, identify patterns and trends, and provide actionable recommendations to business and technology partners. Develop and maintain documentation, job aids, and training materials; deliver training sessions to Loblaw Technology and Business partners as needed. What you Bring: Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent related experience. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in both in-office and remote environments. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly CMDB, Asset Management, reporting, testing, and data maintenance. Experience supporting ServiceNow data cleanup, reconciliation, and quality initiatives. Working knowledge of development and data tools such as Python, SQL, MySQL, C#, or Java (used primarily for data analysis and support rather than application development). Advanced computer skills including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Visio. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process adherence. Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Understanding of cloud environments and how they integrate with ServiceNow and CMDB is critical to success in this role. Strong time management skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Working knowledge of, Jira, Confluence, and Flexera is an asset.
