What youll do We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Consultant to join our growing team. Reporting to the Manager - CTR Brand Marketing, you will play a critical role in supporting the team responsible for driving key strategic pillars for CTR with a focus on Brand and Seasonal Marketing Programs (Christmas and Hudsons Bay Stripes Enterprise). You will be both creative and analytical, with the ability to support in building brands and connecting with consumers across an omni-channel communication ecosystem, all while driving business and marketing results by working collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Contribute to annual marketing plans and programs in support of business and marketing objectives for the CTR brand, specifically Christmas and the Hudsons Bay Stripes portfolios. Gather inputs to reach campaign targets set against business goals and corporate priorities Support development of integrated creative and media briefs that inspire and direct partner agencies to develop breakthrough creative and best in class, award-winning MarCom campaigns Assist with the seamless execution of all integrated mass marketing campaign activities including Digital, Social, TV, Print, Radio, OOH, In-Store Signage and help develop/apply standard processes to support this goal within budget Collaborate/coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to drive integration of campaign platforms across other CTC disciplines & channels Manage key budget inputs and project accounting with finance Assist in performance analysis, weekly campaign moderation, and contributes to post-mortem development Leverage insights, learnings, and key organizational and research data to develop marketing briefs Assist in campaign execution, including digital QA support What you bring Education in Marketing or a related field Ideal candidate would have 3-5 years marketing experience on either the client or agency side Understanding and experience in Integrated Marketing Communications planning Versed in best-practice omni-channel marketing production (Digital and Traditional media) Foundational knowledge of Digital analytics (i.e. GA) and basic campaign analysis for reporting Understand the difference between paid and organic digital roles Attention to detail, strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and presentation skills Flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple projects and changing priorities Demonstrates an interest in culture-building and contributing to process improvements Were always looking for great talent!
