Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 a year - Full-time, Permanent Avant Brands Inc. is a Kelowna-based cannabis company dedicated to cultivating premium quality cannabis in purpose-built indoor facilities. Position: Sales & Marketing Associate Location: Kelowna Corporate Office Reporting To: Director of Sales, with secondary reporting to the Director of Marketing Key Responsibilities: Administrative work, including Provincial Liquor Board and/or Health Canada paperwork. Sales analysis, including analyzing sales trends, pricing & promotions, sales tracking & forecasting. Sourcing & distributing sales materials, such as branded attire, displays, and promotional items. Supporting the sales team with various projects. Addressing questions, concerns, and complaints from clients & consumers. Performing other duties as assigned. Candidate Profile: An intelligent, diligent, and creative individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Adobe) is required. Relevant education and experience in sales & marketing, especially within the cannabis or related industry, are preferred.
