The Role Senior Director of Product Management for Senior Living is a foundational leadership role to build PointClickCare''''s presence in this market. This is not a maintenance roleit''''s an opportunity to define the product vision, hire and grow a team, and bring new solutions to market that help senior living communities thrive. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, market development, and execution, partnering with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that operators love and drive meaningful business results. The Product The Senior Living platform addresses critical operational and care delivery challenges facing operators todayincluding resident management, move-in workflows, billing, pharmacy integration, and care coordination. You will own the vision and roadmap for this portfolio, ensuring we deliver solutions that reduce administrative burden, improve care outcomes, and help communities operate more efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Own the Product Vision & Roadmap Define and evangelize a compelling product vision for Senior Living that aligns with company strategy and market opportunity Create and execute a multi-year roadmap, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform bets Make decisive prioritization tradeoffs using data, customer insights, and business judgment Deeply Understand the Market Become the internal expert on senior living operatorstheir workflows, pain points, and business models Maintain a sharp understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and regulatory environment Spend meaningful time with customers (in-person and remote) to validate assumptions and uncover opportunities Drive Product Commercialization & GTM Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring products to market effectively Define value propositions, pricing frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for new products Support sales enablement and serve as a credible voice in customer conversations Build & Lead a High-Performing Team Hire, coach, and mentor product managersfostering a culture of customer obsession and continuous improvement Be a hands-on leader: clarify priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional leaders to deliver results Influence at the Executive Level Communicate product strategy, progress, and tradeoffs to senior leadership with clarity and confidence Champion the Senior Living opportunity across the organizationbuilding alignment and securing resources Represent PointClickCare externally with customers, partners, and at industry events What We''''re Looking For: (Required) 10+ years in Product Management, with experience in healthcare, SaaS, or senior living technology 3+ years leading product managers, with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining talent Experience building new products or entering new marketsnot just optimizing existing ones Strong customer instincts with a demonstrable track record of delivering products users love Strategic and tactical rangeable to set vision AND roll up sleeves to get things done Excellent communication skillsable to influence executives, rally teams, and represent the company externally Comfort with ambiguityyou create clarity, not wait for it What We''''re Looking For: (Preferred) Direct experience in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care markets Familiarity with senior living operations: census management, billing, move-in workflows, care coordination Experience with AI/ML product development or incorporating data-driven insights into products Background in regulated healthcare environments (HIPAA, state licensing, etc.) Solid understanding of Agile practices; familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus Compensation $213,000 - $237,000 a year At PointClickCare, base salary is one component of the total rewards package. The CAD base salary range for this position is $213,000 - $237,000 plus bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. The range reflects target new hire salaries across CAD locations.
