Are you a skilled Executive Assistant who is looking to be a trusted partner for executives who are helping create a better tomorrow? We''re growing in the North America region and are looking for an Executive Assistant who is eager to learn, contribute and grow. Based in office in our Calgary office, you will be responsible for managing CEO and other executive-level duties such as calendar scheduling, correspondence, presentations, and travel arrangements while also helping with various office administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Executive Assistant (CEO): Calendar management. Travel scheduling and support. Administrative support for Okane''s Executive meetings including schedule coordination, material preparation and minute taking. Documentation preparation and coordination ensure branding consistency, proofread, etc. Support strategic projects as directed by CEO Other support as required. Office Administration: Office organization and supply orders. Event planning & coordination. Travel organization and administration for Calgary team. Reception and facilities coordination, including liaising with building management and other relevant external stakeholders. Shipping & receiving. Setting up laptops and workstations, managing IT Inventory. SharePoint administration and management Support intranet development, document management, usage tracking, and basic troubleshooting. High degree of initiative and judgement by proactively identifying and taking on accountability. Maintain a strong sense of professionalism and maintain confidentiality. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. A keen eye for detail. Understand the roles of our technical and management team to look for ways to support where required. Ability to thrive in a team setting or work independently. Strong Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint). Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role is considered an asset. Why Join Okane?
