Position Overview We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in property restoration to join our growing team. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage restoration projects from start to finishensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional client service. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of restoration projects, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with clients, property managers, and insurance partners. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources Conduct site assessments to evaluate damage and plan restoration strategies Coordinate workflows among internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors Client Communication & Stakeholder Management Serve as primary contact for clients, property managers, and insurance adjusters Provide consistent project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns Foster long-term client relationships and promote repeat business Budgeting & Cost Management Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost forecasts Monitor expenses, track against budget, and identify savings opportunities Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for best pricing and service Quality Assurance & Compliance Implement quality control procedures to ensure workmanship meets standards Conduct inspections and audits to identify and resolve deficiencies Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices Team Leadership Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams Delegate tasks and provide performance feedback Encourage continuous improvement and support career development initiatives Required Qualifications Proven experience in restoration or construction project management Deep understanding of restoration techniques and building assembly methods Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards Proficient in Xactimate, PSA, Encircle, and DocuSketch Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive group benefits package Supportive and dynamic team environment Opportunities for career growth and professional development Apply Today!
