We are looking for a hungry, high-agency Origination Analyst to join our investment team in a full-time capacity. This is not a student internship or a part-time gig. We are looking for a dedicated professional to serve as the ''Tip of the Spear'' for our acquisition strategy. You will work directly with the Managing Partner, gaining frontrow exposure to the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing and origination to LOI and Closing. You will be hunting for offmarket companies that fit our specific investment thesis. The Grind You will be building lists, coldemailing owners, and coldcalling gatekeepers. Key Responsibilities Market Mapping: Identify and research ''offmarket'' acquisition targets ($3M$10M EBITDA) across the US, with a focus on unpolished industrial businesses Campaign Execution: Lead our proprietary outreach strategy (Cold Email, LinkedIn, Phone) to business owners and intermediaries Pipeline Management: Own the CRM, scrub leads for quality, and ensure highpriority targets are flagged immediately for the Investment Committee Deal Screening: Review incoming Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and assist in initial investment thesis evaluation Qualifications & Candidate Profile 02 years of fulltime professional experience (recent graduates or earlycareer professionals) Bachelor''s Degree Required (not accepting applications from current students) Must be available for fulltime business hours (40+ hours/week) The ''Hunter'' Mindset: Not afraid of the phone or rejection - understand that sourcing is a numbers game requiring persistence Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) Experience with research platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) is a strong plus Preferred Background Background in Sales (SDR/BDR) preferred Investment Banking experience is a plus Real Estate or Executive Search experience valued Highagency personality with selfstarter mentality Strong research and analytical skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive Monthly Base Salary (commensurate with experience) Significant Success Fee: Cash bonus upon the closing of any deal you source Direct mentorship from the Managing Partner Clear path to Associateship or operating roles within portfolio companies Frontrow exposure to the entire deal lifecycle #J-18808-Ljbffr
