Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous devrez faire ce qui suit: Traiter des oprations financires, comme des dpts, des retraits et des paiements de factures, conformment aux procdures oprationnelles normalises, aux rglements du secteur, et au Code de conduite et d''thique professionnelle de la TD Comprendre et dterminer les besoins des clients afin de recommander des solutions propres ces besoins, tout en agissant avec discrtion pour les affaires confidentielles Rpondre aux proccupations des clients, et les rsoudre, au moyen de procdures courantes et de la transmission des exceptions un niveau suprieur, au besoin Atteindre les objectifs tablis et d''affaires en faisant la promotion des solutions bancaires et en suivant les processus d''affaires de manire exacte et en temps opportun Crer un lien personnel avec les clients pour les informer adquatement et clairement des solutions et des processus bancaires Aider tablir un environnement de travail positif, diversifi et quitable, en faisant valoir l''efficacit de l''quipe et en participant au rendement et au perfectionnement individuels Aider l''quipe en respectant les collgues, en restant dvou et en tenant tout le monde au courant de l''tat des activits de routine Assurer une exprience client de qualit et recommander des amliorations oprationnelles lorsque les occasions d''amlioration et d''atteinte de l''excellence oprationnelle se prsentent.
