Job Summary: As a Team Member at Freshslice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and create a positive experience for customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with orders. Answer questions about the menu, promotions, and offers. Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction. Food Preparation: Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain high food quality and hygiene standards. Store Operations: Manage cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts accurately. Stock inventory and ensure sufficient supplies are available. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining, and restroom areas. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to meet store goals. Support the training of new team members. Follow directions from supervisors and managers. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required. Work Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
