Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin / Administrative Assistant to support our sales team and office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. Particularly the MS Office Suite portions of Outlook, WORD and Excel. This role involves handling administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth daily operations within a professional environment. Bilingual skills are a plus, ( but not required at all ) The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic sales customer service team while developing valuable administrative expertise. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and clients with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records Utilize Microsoft Office Suite modules Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for sales and administrative staff Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person Exceptional excel, presentation and computer skills. MS Office Suite. Prior knowledge of marketing strategies and business goals is helpful but not necessary Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and analysis skills Organization and time management skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback Experience Prior sales office management or administrative experience preferred, including clerical roles such as receptionist or personal assistant Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus but NOT required Previous customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in interactions This role is vital for maintaining efficient office operations and supporting our sales team''s success. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism.
