The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the President while gaining exposure to all aspects of the business. This position offers long-term growth potential within a close-knit leadership team of five professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive support to the President, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting. Liaise professionally with senior executives, clients, and partners across global operations. Prepare, proofread, and manage confidential and legal documents. Draft and review correspondence, business communications, and reports with accuracy and attention to tone and context. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics. Organize meetings, events, and conferences; prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes as required. Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless operations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed. Experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous office experience is essential; clerical or administrative experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing data entry tasks.
