We have an exciting opportunity for a team member to work as Fitness Worlds District Manager Player Coach This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, detail oriented, and hard working individual. The District Manager Player Coach reports to the Vice President (VP). This position has dual responsibilities as a General Manager of a club and a District Manager of two to three clubs. The District Manager Player Coach builds and maintains an engaged and high performing team of General Managers, supporting Fitness Managers and/or Assistant Fitness Managers, and ensures a best-in-class fitness experience for employees and members. The District Manager Player Coach is also responsible for the achievement of financial results, employee and member retention and satisfaction; execution of company policies, procedures and programs; and exemplifying the companys culture and values. Responsibilities Continued execution of the General Manager job description and responsibilities. Build and maintain an engaged and high performing team of General Managers, supporting Fitness Managers and/or Assistant Fitness Managers within your district. In collaboration with the General Managers, create development plans for the General Managers, whilst supporting Fitness Managers and/or Assistant Fitness Managers within your district for their ongoing success. Key point of contact and support for General Managers, Fitness Managers and/or Assistant Fitness Managers within your district. Monitor your clubs and districts Key Performance Indicators to achieve financial results. Schedule a minimum of two club visits within your district per month, excluding your home club. Update the VP a minimum of once per week on your clubs and districts performance, opportunities, risks and trends. Additional duties may be assigned.
