At least 10 years of progressive senior executive or municipal management experience. Proven ability to work effectively with elected officials and navigate politically sensitive environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial oversight, and leading large, multifaceted organizations. Experience in organizational change management, community engagement, and public sector leadership. A clear commitment to reconciliation, partnershipbuilding, and inclusive community development.
