This role spans the full breadth of the business. It plays a pivotal role in collaborating with functional leaders on how to best align functional strategies with the enterprise strategy, balancing shortterm tactical needs with longerterm objectives. Reporting to the VP, Finance & Strategy, you will own the annual strategic planning calendar, supporting the executive team in building shortterm and longterm growth plans. You will facilitate key crossfunctional projects within the business, providing thought partnership to project leads and monitoring KPIs and performance progress. In this role, you will also explore and drive forward new business opportunities to ensure we continue our growth trajectory and profitability goals. Working with the executive team, supporting to build a macro plan that supports longterm growth and aligns with corporate objectives and priorities. Develop overall framework, facilitate leadership alignment, and develop and present various corporate deliverables. Lead project management, helping to prioritize overall corporate project portfolio and providing oversight to project leads, performance management and monitoring of KPIs, and updates to the executive team. Identify trends and emerging concepts that can enhance customer experience and drive Sephora Canadas longterm growth. Lead new growth initiatives, collaborating cross functionally and driving new initiatives forward. Oversee the development of executive reports and presentations to help facilitate business reviews with stakeholders across Sephora Canada, North America, Global, and externally. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project and organizational efficiency. Support strategic execution in the form of performance management, including key performance indicators (KPIs) across the company to help inform decision making. Manage and develop a highperforming team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative, diverse and inclusive work environment, promoting continuous learning and professional development. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership within Canada, North America, and Global teams. What Youll Bring: Proven 7-10 years of related experience in corporate strategy, project management, consulting or similar roles; Retail experience preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and insights to stakeholders at all levels. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, anchored in curiosity, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations. Indepth knowledge and experience in the prestige beauty and retail industry, including a strong understanding of retail and ecommerce business models and KPIs. Experience working with and aligning a broad range of stakeholders on a strategic goal. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and motivate individuals across all levels of the organization. The compensation ranges between CAD$158,000 CAD$185,800 plus bonus and RRSP matching.
