***Skills & Competencies*** Financial leadership: budgeting, ROI, forecasting, variance analysis. Hotel accounting expertise: AP/AR, credit, payroll, cash controls, internal audit. Operational collaboration: partner with Rooms, F&B, Sales, and Operations teams. Strong regulatory knowledge: ESA, OHSA, WHMIS, payroll standards, government record keeping and reporting requirements. Analytical & communication skills: strong math, reporting, written and verbal communication. Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills. ***Qualifications*** Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Previous Hotel experience 48 years of hotel accounting/audit experience, including leadership.
