As the group continues to grow, we are seeking a Restaurant Manager to play a hands on leadership role - driving operational performance, developing strong leadership teams, and ensuring consistent execution. The Role The Restaurant Manager is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing day to day operations at Hydra Estiatorio. As the #2 to the Director of Operations, the Restaurant Manager plays a critical leadership role in translating strategic priorities into operational execution across the portfolio. This role requires a strong on the floor presence, including regular evenings and on site engagement, and a deep commitment to service excellence, people leadership, and brand consistency. You will work closely with ownership, the Director of Operations and corporate partners to ensure operational, financial, and cultural excellence across the business. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee day to day operations at Hydra Estiatorio Ensure consistency in service standards, execution, cleanliness, and guest experience Identify operational gaps and implement scalable improvements Maintain high standards across food, beverage, service, and facilities People Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop the leadership team Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and care Actively mentor senior leaders and reinforce ETG''s service philosophy Brand & Guest Experience Maintain a visible, hands on presence during service periods Engage with guests, VIPs, and repeat clientele to strengthen relationships Act as a steward of brand standards, design integrity, and guest experience Business Performance & Growth Drive financial performance through labor management, cost control, and operational discipline Review and present operational and financial reporting to ownership Support new openings, growth initiatives, and operational enhancements Partner with leadership on long term strategy and execution Cross Functional Collaboration Serve as the bridge between ownership, corporate leadership, and restaurant teams Work closely with People, Finance, Culinary, and Operations partners Ensure alignment between strategic goals and day to day execution What We''re Looking For 5-7+ years of experience in a busy, high growth restaurant concept Proven success leading large teams Strong operational, financial, and people leadership capabilities A refined eye for service, detail, and guest experience Comfortable with evening and weekend presence as required Highly organized, hands on, and solutions oriented Strong communication and relationship building skills Why Join Executive Table Group Work directly with ownership in a highly visible leadership role Influence operations, culture, and guest experience across multiple brands Join a respected, long standing hospitality and real estate group Opportunity to shape standards and leadership practices as the business grows Be part of a team that values quality, consistency, and people Ideal For Someone Who Loves being in the business not managing from a distance Thrives in high standard, service driven environments Enjoys mentoring leaders and building strong teams Cares deeply about hospitality, brand integrity, and guest experience Wants to make a meaningful impact across a growing portfolio Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
