Job descriptionThe RoleThe Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and strategic support to senior executives, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Toronto/Markham for onsite, in‑person tasks as required.Responsibilities:Support two senior executives in parallel.Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel, using proactive conflict resolution to maximize efficiency.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional, timely communication.Prepare, review, and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and executive communications; draft and edit communications on behalf of the executives.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.Plan and coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, summits, and events, including agendas, venues, catering, and onsite support.Coordinate global business travel (itineraries, visas, accommodations) and manage expenses end‑to‑end. Experience with Concur or similar tools is an asset.Anticipate executive needs, proactively address issues, surface risks early, and propose solutions.Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.Work LocationHybrid; onsite presence in Toronto/Markham as business needs dictate.Required profileWho You AreMust‑Have Qualifications5+ years of experience supporting senior‑level executives (flexible for exceptional candidates with relevant experience).Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills; proven ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive‑level drafting and editing capabilities.High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential information.Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook/Calendar, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and expense management systems. Experience with Concur is advantageous.Ability to build trusted relationships with internal leaders, peers, and external stakeholders.Location: Toronto/Markham area, with onsite support required when needed.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the technology or IT services industry.Experience coordinating global travel and managing multi–time‑zone logistics.Experience with event logistics, such as leadership offsites, summits, and customer meetings.College diploma/degree or equivalent professional experience.Salary: $75,360 - $127,920The above represents Kyndryls pay range for this role.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. The range provided reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
