As a Senior Director of Product Management for Infrastructure Business Optimization, you will set the vision and strategy for how we manage cost, capacity, and vendor relationships. This role will deliver FinOps practices into scalable internal products, clear roadmaps, measurable adoption, and repeatable operating mechanisms across a complex enterprise environment. This is a peopleleadership role. You will grow and develop a team of product managers and mature our product management practices and operating model across PI&E. You will: Define and evolve product strategy for enterprise Cost Management, Capacity Management, Cost Optimization, and Vendor/Procurement management. Develop multiyear product roadmaps and align priorities across engineering, finance, procurement, and business partners. Productize FinOps capabilities into durable internal products and workflows that improve decisionmaking, transparency, and accountability at scale. Partner with studio and live service teams to shape and deliver highimpact product capabilities while balancing reliability, developer velocity, and cost efficiency. Lead a team of product managers for Operational Intelligence and Managed Infrastructure; set clear goals, build a highperforming team, and uplevel PM talent through coaching and strong operating rhythms. Establish product operations standards for intake, prioritization, roadmapping, quarterly planning, and metrics. Champion a datainformed, customerfocused culture that balances value, cost efficiency, and technical feasibility. Stay current with FinOps, cloud optimization, and infrastructure best practices to bring fresh ideas into our strategy. You bring: 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex internal platforms or enterprise products with measurable adoption and outcomes. Proven success in defining and delivering multiyear product strategies at enterprise scale. Experience leading and developing product management teams and maturing product operating models (cadence, decision rights, metrics). Strong knowledge of FinOpsadjacent domains (cost transparency, forecasting, optimization workflows, vendor lifecycle), cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure fundamentals. Ability to engage on financial topics such as cost models, forecasting, and ROI, and to partner effectively with Finance and Procurement. Strong communication skills and influence with senior stakeholders across technical and business domains. PAY RANGES Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
