As a full-time, permanent employee, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of carpet cleaning technicians and ensure the highest level of service for our clients.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage a team of carpet cleaning technicians, ensuring they are following company policies and proceduresTrain and mentor new team members, ensuring they are properly equipped to perform their dutiesSchedule and coordinate cleaning appointments, taking into account client preferences and availabilityConduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets company standardsMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as neededRespond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerMonitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles and equipmentKeep accurate records of work completed and report any issues or incidents to managementImplement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and clientsAssist with cleaning duties as needed, including carpet cleaning, stain removal, and spot treatmentRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years experience in carpet cleaning or related fieldPrevious experience in a supervisory role preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent time-management and organizational skillsKnowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeFlexibility to work weekends and evenings as neededIf you are a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
