We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join a tightknit collaborative group where you will be well supported carrying out this role. Work alongside physicians, surgeons and other healthcare professionals focused on providing highquality patientfocused service.The Surrey Memorial Hospital Thoracic Surgery Team focuses on the management of both postoperative surgical and medical care of the thoracic surgery patients. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care for patients with Thoracic and Respiratory diseases as well as related comorbid conditions in collaboration with the Thoracic Surgeons and other interdisciplinary health care team members. You will be part of a multidisciplinary care team committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes by collaborating on a comprehensive plan to effectively treat thoracic conditions. The NP role contributes to patient care through advanced NP clinical practice, education, consultation, research, leadership, and professional practice. Develops and implements treatment plans.
