As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Siding Estimator to support our expanding operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for siding projects based on drawings, site visits, and specifications Perform take-offs for labour, materials, and equipment Review plans, scopes of work, and client requirements Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and project requirements Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and suppliers to confirm pricing and timelines Maintain organized estimating records and cost databases Assist with bid submissions, revisions, and change orders Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders Qualifications 3+ years of experience estimating siding or exterior construction projects Strong knowledge of siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, aluminum, etc.) Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications High attention to detail and strong math skills Proficient with estimating software (Bluebeam), spreadsheets, and take-off tools Excellent communication and time management skills Valid drivers license (site visits required) Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health & dental benefits package Opportunities for advancement in a growing company Supportive, team-oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
