Youll: Engage with the public compassionately, especially individuals from vulnerable sectors, showing empathy and respect in every interaction Work in the heart of Dowtown Toronto across different parking facilities De-escalate conflicts calmly using sound judgment, communication, and situational awareness Act as a first responder, providing immediate support in medical or crisis situations until emergency services arrive Patrol parking environments including lots, stairwells, and exteriors to maintain a visible and reassuring presence Monitor alarms and surveillance systems, ensuring equipment is functional and incidents are addressed promptly Deliver professional customer service, assisting clients and visitors with inquiries or concerns Document incidents and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as required Every day brings new challenges and new chances to make a difference. What you bring Authorization to work in Canada Valid First Aid and CPR Certification - WSIB approved Ability to stand and patrol for 12-hour shifts Ability to conduct interior and exterior patrols in extreme weather conditions Minimum 1 year of tactical experience engaging with members of the vulnerable population Police Foundations diploma or previous police/military experience (strong asset) Availability of day and night shifts throughout the week Your Next Move Join a team where professionalism meets purpose.
