Corporate Controller CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. (TSX-V: CTV; OTCQB: CTVFF; Frankfurt: C9R) is a mining company focused on discovering, producing, and supplying critical mineral resources from within and to the United States. The Company has an option to acquire more than 17,550 acres of mineral rights with historic Fluorspar resources across multiple projects in the Illinois-Kentucky Fluorspar District. CleanTech also owns a 100% interest in the Gibellini Vanadium Mine Project in Nevada. Silver Elephant Mining Corp. (TSX: ELEF; OTCQB:SILEF; Frankfurt:1P2) is a mineral exploration company with precious metal projects in Bolivia. Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. (TSX-V: ORCL; OTCQB: ORLCF) is a mining royalty company holding royalties on several precious metal and critical mineral mining projects. The Position: The Corporate Controller will be a key member of the financial team, under the direction of the CFO, and will be responsible for managing a variety of functions within the accounting and finance department. These include financial reporting, consolidations, internal controls, audits, budgets, tax, treasury, etc. This position is a handson role supported by two shared direct reports, a senior accountant and an intermediate accountant. Ability to plan and meet strict competing deadlines is critical. This position will support CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. and its related companies, including Silver Elephant Mining Corp. and Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. This position allows location flexibility: either working out of the Vancouver downtown office, or working from home 4 days a week and 1 day a week in the office. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the preparation of public company documents, including IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements, Managements Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), Annual Information Form (AIF) and Management Information Circular. This is a required experience for this role. Manage the accounting department Responsible for and ownership of CleanTech and Oracles consolidation Lead the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial reporting package to each operating unit of subsidiary corporations Coordinate and work with senior management on finance activities across various departments and internationally Assist in the development, documentation and testing surrounding Internal Controls to allow the Companys officers to fulfill their National Instrument 52-109F1 reporting obligations Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and pertinent International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Canadian Securities Administrators rules and regulations including internal controls compliance Budgeting and management reporting Managing tax filings and compliance Treasury functions Other duties as assigned. Critical Success Factors: Superb attention to detail Selfstarter and able to prioritize multiple deadlines Deadline focused, with ability to complete projects within committed deadlines Solutions oriented to address issues and complications directly Requirements: Ability to work extra hours as required to meet deadlines CPA designation 5 to 10+ years experience in a senior finance role in a publicly traded mining company Solid experience in IFRS and GAAP, financial reporting requirements Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliancerelated issues Advanced communication, interpersonal and problem resolution skills Adaptability, determination and ability to take initiative Demonstrates practicality and discipline while maintaining a high level of honesty, tact and professionalism.
