About the Role The consulting role focuses on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending industry. The Consultant will support development of lending offerings and lead transformational consulting projects. Responsibilities Reimagine worldclass operating models for wholesale credit institutions. Manage wholesale credit systems implementation for a workstream (scope, cost, schedule, etc.). Develop nextgeneration wholesale credit technology offerings. Help define transformation value and track success. Facilitate designthinking and customerjourney workshops for transformation roadmap and strategy. Define practices, processes, tools, and operations for one or more transformation domains. Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Balance client needs with presenting informed perspectives for business benefit. Drive thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital efforts. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Drive business development by architecting proposals and SOWs with senior management support. Identify creative data sources and refine hypotheses through client interviews. Travel as necessary to support clients. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting. Demonstrated ability to manage engagements and drive business development. Experience with nCino project delivery or consulting engagement. University degree required. English required for regular stakeholder interaction across Canada, US, and other countries. Bonus Points French speaking preferred. nCino/Salesforce certifications. Advanced degree or financial industry certification. Banking industry and/or system certifications.
