Overview Job Description Infosys is hiring for Application & Production Support. Responsibilities Application & Production Support (L2/L3) Incident, Problem & Change Management Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting User Access Management & Security Controls System Monitoring & Performance Optimization Documentation, Knowledge Base & Training SQL Queries, Data Validation & Reporting Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS 365 The position entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Qualifications Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. This position may require travel.
