As a Tax Manager As a Tax Manager, youll help our clients with corporate tax planning so they can benefit from tax savings and incentives. Heres some of what youll get to do: Coaching and mentoring a team of tax colleagues on compliance, helping them walk in clients'''' shoes by discussing tax planning options Establish deep trusting relationships with clients as you advise them on complex tax matters Review corporate tax provisions and compliance engagements, and analyze, review and complete corporate and personal income tax returns Proactively resolve tax related issues with clients and other team members Act as a leader in the management of our growing tax practice, identifying and developing new opportunities for additional tax services About Doane Grant Thornton We are driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking. Qualifications Youre enrolled in or have completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, or have a Masters of Taxation degree Youve developed and presented new ideas and conceptualized new approaches and tax solutions for clients as part of your commitment to providing exceptional client service You have solid experience in corporate and personal Canadian tax compliance Youve helped mentor and develop others Whats in it for you?
