This pivotal role will guide Canadas top dressage athletes and horses, shaping and executing ECs high-performance strategy. The Technical Advisor will provide leadership, mentorship, and technical oversightsupporting athletes on their pathway to excellence and serving as Chef dquipe at Championships and Major Games. EC is looking for a proven leader with international Grand Prix experience, who thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments.
