Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a handson, Instore marketing role supporting both showrooms. Your primary responsibility will be creating signages that support the daytoday execution of instore marketing initiatives across showroom locations. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can manage multiple priorities. This role combines creativity and attention to details that require the ability to respond quickly to changing promotions and pricing in a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities Create and update all promotional signage for both showroom locations, including sales, events, pricing updates, and instore initiatives. Ensure signage is accurate, consistent, and aligned with current flyers and approved marketing content. Confirm all printed signage is updated with any price changes quickly and efficiently. Support ondemand signage requests submitted via the signage generator app. Maintain all active printed signage in the database. Complete signage audits and floor walks to verify signage presence and accuracy. Provide coverage during vacations, absences, and highvolume promotional periods. Collaborate with Marketing, ECommerce, and Sales teams, as needed. Maintain organized digital files to ensure active signage is easily accessible, optimize efficiency and ensure brand consistency. Perform other related duties, including the distribution and display of signage as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva. Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fastpaced retail environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with pricing, promotions, and timelines.
