What You''''ll Do Strategic Leadership Define and drive Phreesias UX vision, ensuring it is aligned with business goals, market opportunities, and AI-driven innovation. Serve as a senior design voice in executive forums, influencing strategy and investment decisions with clear, persuasive communication. Team Development and Culture Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing UX team with integrity, empathy, and accountability. Build a design culture that values experimentation, evidence-based decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. Business and Product Alignment Partner with product, engineering, other internal stakeholders, and clients to develop and validate design solutions that improve usability, adoption, and satisfaction. Translate user research and design insights into actionable recommendations that resonate with executive stakeholders. Design Excellence and Innovation Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, intuitive, and accessible user experiences across products. Introduce modern design methods, including AI-driven insights, to accelerate research, prototyping, and testing. Champion metrics-driven design improvements tied to utilization, engagement, and business impact.
