Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead (Paid & Lifecycle) Job Type: Full-time, permanent Location: Primarily remote (GTA-based) with occasional in-person days at our Burlington studio About the position Kv Essentials is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing, with clear accountability to revenue, efficiency, and retention. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing our growth engine across paid media and email, ensuring campaigns are launched with discipline, measured rigorously, and improved continuously. Youll translate creative and brand strategy into high-performing campaigns, manage in-account execution across Meta and Klaviyo, and drive measurable improvements to CAC, conversion, and LTV. Key responsibilities Campaign Execution & Go-To-Market Own campaign execution across product launches, promotions, and key brand moments Translate creative direction into clear go-to-market plans across email and paid Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal and external partners Lead post-launch performance reviews and document learnings for future campaigns Lifecycle, Retention & Conversion Own email marketing strategy including campaigns and automated flows Optimize segmentation, cadence, creative testing, and deliverability Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, retention, and LTV Partner with e-commerce and operations to ensure lifecycle initiatives align with inventory and fulfillment Own in-account paid media execution across Meta, with direct responsibility for budget management, creative testing, audience strategy, and performance efficiency Ensure high-performing organic and brand content is leveraged effectively in paid and lifecycle channels Monitor performance across channels and recommend optimizations based on data Measurement, Insights & Systems Own performance reporting across paid and lifecycle channels, including revenue attribution, CAC, MER, and lifecycle contribution Build and refine reporting dashboards and performance frameworks Establish repeatable processes for campaign execution, testing, and optimization Improve marketing systems and documentation to increase speed, consistency, and clarity Requirements 3-5 years experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing for a consumer brand (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred) Proven experience owning campaigns end-to-end for a consumer brand Handson experience managing Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation) and inaccount Meta Ads execution Highly organized and selfdirected with a strong sense of ownership Skilled in project management, analytics, and creative briefing To apply Attach your resume as a PDF file. #J-18808-Ljbffr
