As part of their expansion, they are seeking a bright and motivated early-career professional to join their Credit Administration team in a full-time capacity. What you will achieve in this role: Assist with the preparation of credit applications for new deals, renewals, and periodic reviews under the guidance of senior staff. Analyze borrowers financial statements and assist in building financial models, cash flow projections, and stress tests. Support the credit grading process and prepare internal credit reports with supervision. Monitor borrower performance and track key credit indicators and industry trends. Collaborate with the Relationship Management team to gather financial information and understand client needs. Help respond to requests related to bilateral loan agreements and portfolio monitoring. Contribute to credit portfolio reporting, including summaries of exposures, risk concentrations, and other key metrics. Stay up to date on macroeconomic, industry, and regulatory changes that may impact credit risk. Provide general support to the Credit Administration team in maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. What you must bring to this role: Must have a bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Must have 5+ years of experience in financial services, in credit, lending, corporate banking, or investment analysis. Must have a strong interest in corporate credit, risk management, and financial analysis. Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Should be highly organized with attention to detail and capable of handling multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling is required; experience with Bloomberg or S&P Cap IQ is a plus.
