Base pay range CA$90,000.00/yr - CA$140,000.00/yr A major, wellknown Construction Group with a presence across Canada is looking for its new Senior Estimator for the Shoring division in the GTA. The organisation is a major construction group with multiple different arms including ICI, Civil construction, Waterproofing, Shoring, Formwork, Excavation, Demolition and residential highrise construction that operates across Canada. Role Responsibilities: Perform full tender process from invitation to submission Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost estimations Review scope and complete bid forms Conduct site visits and attend bid interviews Communicate and negotiate with suppliers Prepare RFIs (Request for Information) with clients Maintain the tender tracker and track submissions Follow up with clients throughout the bidding process Review production with the operations team Mentor and train junior team members Present bid opportunities to management Seek new shoring opportunities Bring new clients and business to the company Proactively seek out fresh avenues for shoring projects, utilising industry networks, market analysis, and strategic partnership Skills & Experience: 5+ years construction experience 4+ years estimation experience Specific shoring estimating experience Experience working for a shoringfocused subtrade would be an advantage Additional experience in either formwork, excavation & demolition would be an asset.
