Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a handson Head of Brand & Content to lead the visual identity, content strategy, and brand execution across our growing wellness portfolio: Rumble Boxing, Primal, and Tempo (Megaformer). This is not a pure strategy role. We are looking for a creative operator someone who can: Develop the brand vision Create the content themselves (shoot, design, edit) Direct small teams and freelancers Execute quickly and consistently You will be responsible for turning our brand vision into highquality, highvolume content that drives growth, engagement, and brand equity. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with marketing, operations, and studio teams across Canada. Key Responsibilities Own Brand Visual Identity (Across All Brands) Define and maintain the visual language for: Rumble (high energy, performance, culture) Primal (premium wellness, recovery, lifestyle) Tempo (performancedriven Megaformer concept) Develop and evolve brand guidelines: Photography style Video style Typography, color, layouts Social design systems Ensure all content across cities and studios meets brand standards Create Content (HandsOn Execution) Shoot photo and video content (iPhone or camera) Edit shortform video (Reels, TikTok) Design social graphics (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Create campaign assets Build content templates for the team Produce content for: Social media Launch campaigns Events Partnerships Paid ads (creative support) Content Strategy & Calendar Build monthly content plans for each brand Develop campaign themes and storytelling Ensure a consistent posting cadence across platforms Align content with business priorities: Personal training growth New launches Membership sales Community engagement Lead and Scale the Content Function Manage and mentor the Social Media Manager Direct freelance photographers/videographers Coordinate content capture from studios (Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto) Create systems for content collection and asset management Work closely with the Digital Ads team to improve creative performance Brand Experience & Campaign Leadership Lead creative direction for: Grand openings Major campaigns National initiatives Partnerships and events Ensure brand consistency across: Instudio visuals Event materials Marketing collateral What Success Looks Like (First 612 Months) Clear, distinctive visual identity for each brand Consistent, highquality social presence across all locations Increased engagement and shareability Content pipeline running smoothly across citiesFaster execution with less CEO involvement in daytoday creative Qualifications Experience 58+ years in brand, content, or creative roles Experience in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, or hospitality preferred Proven portfolio of highquality visual work Execution Skills (Required) Photo/video shooting (iPhone or camera) Shortform video editing (Reels/TikTok) Graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar) Strong visual storytelling ability Ability to produce content quickly and consistently Mindset Builder mentality handson, resourceful, scrappy Comfortable working in a fastgrowth environment High ownership and accountability Strong project management and organization Able to balance creativity with business goals What This Role Is NOT A pure brand strategist An agencystyle creative director Someone who only provides ideas or mood boards Someone who requires a large team to execute We Are Looking For Someone Who Thinks like a creative director and works like a content creator.
