This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to build a residency program from the ground up, establishing its curriculum, culture, and legacy. As the inaugural Program Director, you will define our educational mission and foster the next generation of compassionate and skilled OB/GYN specialists. While pioneering the residency program, you will also maintain an engaging clinical practice within our collaborative, multispecialty group, ensuring you remain connected to patient care while guiding residents toward excellence. Responsibilities Lead the development and launch of the OB/GYN residency program, including curriculum design, governance, and assessment strategies. Define the educational mission and ensure alignment with program goals. Maintain an active clinical practice within the multidisciplinary group to stay connected to patient care. Mentor and guide residents toward clinical excellence and professional growth.
