Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an energetic & professional individual to add to our Production Department As a Team Lead, you will be able to: Support Daily Manufacturing Throughput and Output Lead Team Members in the performance of their daytoday activities while maintaining exceptional quality standards at the final stage of production Provide clear expectations and hold team members accountable while providing continual feedback related to quality, workmanship, and process adherence Lead process improvement activities by coordinating crossfunctional teams comprised of production, materials, maintenance, quality and engineering to eliminate defects and improve shipready outcomes Monitor and address output & productivity issues within assigned departments inclusive of meeting production targets, cycle time and product & process quality standards Take responsibility for ensuring the maximum production output while maintaining the highest level of quality and employee morale Plan for all pre and postKaizen activities in this area, with help from the Lean Team, to make every Kaizen event in the area successful Take ownership of all processes and products so that they meet all quality standards, and that no unit is released for shipment unless it is fully compliant and customerready Work with the Safety & Quality Manager to ensure the safety of employees and the maintenance of equipment Comply with all federal and provincial safety standards, guidelines and policies by driving workforce initiatives such as our health and safety system towards a Mission Zero incident safety culture Support team members by proactively addressing issues that are affecting quality, delivery and productivity in the area through the daily morning meetings, and also through proactive and personal interactions with other departments and superiors to ensure that all barriers are removed Personality Traits/Core Skills: Values align with Crestline culture: integrity, trust, excellence and innovation Strong visionary leadership skills with a quality-first mindset A higher than average sense of urgency for execution Very high focus on results Ability to lead, coach, mentor and motivate a group of skilled and semi-skilled Production employees in a quality-focused, results-oriented environment Ability to lead a Production function through a well-planned, project-driven organization, with the goal of delivering the companys long and short term objectives Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, particularly related to defect resolution and troubleshooting Ability to critically think Ability to prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated data and results driven approach towards work Keen attention to detail High quality focus Ability to work independently A team player with a competitive, cando and winning attitude Benefits we offer: Job stability Coverall & Boot allowance Prescription safety glasses program Social Committee events: breakfasts, lunches, monthly birthday treats and more!
