We are currently recruiting for the position of Member Service Supervisor. Position Overview As the Supervisor of the Member Service Department in the Fernie or Castlegar Branch: You will manage the day-to-day operation of the member sales and service area Youll supervise and provide daily direction to member sales and service staff to provide quality member relationship services, promote growth and to help members achieve and maintain their financial health. You will also recruit, orient and train team members. Annual salary commensurate to education and experience. Current annual salary range: $62,659.00 - $78,323.00 Education and Experience Completion of a one-year post-secondary certificate in business administration or operations management in a college or technical school environment. Candidates require a minimum of 5 years of related member service experience in a financial institution including at least 2 years in a Senior Member Service position. Our preferred candidate will also bring 1 year of experience in a first-line supervisory role.
